Richard Visconte was born in New York to an Argentine father and Chilean mother, and grew up between Paris and Buenos Aires. He trained at prestigious European institutions, including the Lycée d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme de St. Quentin en Yvelines in Guyancourt, France, and the Cours Meyan Gracet in Paris, where he earned a Baccalaureate in Economics in 1983.

With a deep-rooted passion for culinary artistry, Richard is recognized as a specialist in South American barbecue and refined global cuisine. His work has been featured on the Food Network’s Bobby Flay BBQ show, in the San Francisco Chronicle Magazine, and in San Francisco Magazine’s “Best Of” issue (June 2005) for Best Performance in a Sweltering Kitchen.

Today, Richard brings his signature approach to premium catering, offering clients everything from intimate at-home chef experiences to expertly executed catering for events across the Bay Area.

Andrea Visconte, born to a Czech father and British mother, has led successful marketing and event production campaigns for corporate clients in both the U.S. and South America. Her extensive background in high-end event planning. From floral design to table styling, china, linens, and glassware, ensure every occasion is beautifully executed with exceptional attention to detail.

Andrea’s refined taste and organizational expertise enhance each event, while her warm, personal touch brings a sense of ease and sophistication to the experience. She leads a team trained in the highest standards of service, delivering flawless support for premium catering, private chef services, and elegant events.

Together with Richard, the Viscontes are fluent in English, French, Spanish, and (some) Italian, and are known for crafting bespoke international menus or seamlessly blending global flavors, whether for a chef-at-home experience or a large-scale celebration.
